Welcome to the Halo Staffing Care Workforce Pathway eLearning course on Demonstrating effective interpersonal skills.

We will begin this course by establishing the importance of effective communication in the workplace.

The next section will inform you how to meet the communication and language needs, wishes and preferences of the individuals you care and support.

This will be followed by a section which will focus on how to promote effective communication with the service users.
