Please note that we take no responsibility and accept no liability for the material that has been posted on our site that has been supplied by or is posted on behalf of any third parties. If you take up any of the opportunities or communicate with any training providers, you will be subject to the terms and conditions imposed by them.

Further, we shall not be held responsible or liable for any acts carried out by you when undertaking an opportunity.

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of our obligations under these terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.



If you are a business user:

We exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to our site or any content on it.

We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:
