This Level 3 Apprenticeship is designed to develop the skills and technical knowledge of individuals delivering customer service in the financial services industry, or for staff identified by employers who want to enhance their skills and knowledge within the business.

The Senior Financial Services Customer Adviser Level 3 Apprenticeship equips apprentices with the advanced skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to excel in customer-facing roles within the financial services industry. Building on foundational expertise, this apprenticeship prepares individuals to handle complex customer inquiries, manage a range of financial products, and contribute to the seamless delivery of services in banking, insurance, and other financial sectors. What it covers: This apprenticeship covers a range of knowledge, skills, and behaviours, including: Knowledge Industry and Company Understanding Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance Products and Services Systems and Processes Skills and Behaviours Customer Relationship Management Delivering Results Teamwork Communicating & Influencing Problem Solving Personal Development Honesty & Integrity Flexibility Resilience

For apprentices aged 16-21 the training costs are fully funded by the government. For apprentices aged over 21, there is a 5% co-investment which would be paid by the employer. Alternatively, the training costs can be covered by utilising the Apprenticeship Levy Fund.
