This one-day facilitated session is for services currently rated Requires improvement or Inadequate looking to improve before their next CQC assessment. It looks at the practical steps to recovering your rating, helping services to rebound your quality of care.

This seminar includes two key elements. 1. Looking at the importance of implementing improvements and overcoming obstacles. - The benefits of making improvements - The impact of CQC regulations, notifications and breaches - What to avoid on your improvement journey - Overcoming the barriers to improvement. 2. Looking at how to involve others in driving forward improvements and evidencing changes made. - Involving others in helping you to improve - Practical problems and solutions - How to action and evidence improvements - Maintaining quality. Learning outcomes You will: - strategically prepare your team for CQC assessments, ensuring a clear path to success. - learn to map out how your service can address the obstacles to improvement and identify practical solutions - know what you will be expected to evidence and how to demonstrate issues have been successfully addressed.
