Roughly half of the UK's workforce is made up of women, all of whom will experience the menopause.

Employers must recognise the issues faced by menopausal women. The menopause is an occupational health issue as well as a well-being and gender issue, so it is important that organisations are able to support women in the workplace.

This workshop will support you in understanding the issues faced by women and develop tools to use in the workplace, and will help build an understanding of the law relating to menopause in the workplace.

Learning Objectives

The workshop aims to raise awareness of the symptoms and issues women can experience.
The workshop also helps participants consider how working practices and lack of understanding can can impact women in the workplace.
