The role of the consultant, whether internal or external, is a complex one. When it is related to the business model, the skill sets required are diverse and varied. A consultant is required to have excellent people and communication skills as well as have a sound knowledge of the sponsor organisation’s vision and strategy. In this course we aim to provide a backdrop to some of the key areas that need to be continually refreshed. Additional modules we would advise are: Finance for non financial Managers, Interpreting Financial Statements and Managing Budgets.
