Welcome to the Halo Staffing eLearning course for Standard 4 – Equality and Inclusion of the Care Certificate. In this course we will cover information about how to treat people fairly and avoid discrimination. The first section will cover the importance of equality and inclusion, what they are, how to identify discriminatory behaviour, and how to help prevent discriminatory behaviour from happening. After that, how to work in an inclusive way will be covered, including the relevant legislation, how to interact with people in a respectful way, and how to take action against discriminatory behaviours.
