This IoM3 approved CPD course examines how traditional manufacturing methods can be combined with digital technologies to enhance efficiency, increase flexibility, and improve product quality across a range of production settings. Through live demonstrations and interactive discussions, participants will explore how to integrate CNC machining, casting, and forming with AM, advanced CAD tools, and inspection techniques. Focusing on real-world applications, the course guides participants through process selection and multi-process strategies, showing when to use each method and how to maximise the benefits of combined approaches in modern manufacturing. Delivery takes place on campus at the University of Greater Manchester, Deane Road, Bolton, BL3 5AB
