Our "Lead - Excellence in Leadership" programme is designed for practising middle and senior managers, helping them to further develop their skills and experience. A comprehensive learning experience, delivered in a highly engaging group setting, with a focus on effective leadership, teams, coaching, innovation, change and the new world we work in. The three month programme consists of: 5 classroom workshops ILM registration, two assignments and certification ILM Studying membership Comprehensive learning materials Establish trusted connections that can lead to new business opportunities & collaborations. Price is per person with discount available for group bookings. Training can be delivered on business premises or at a location close to the learner
