In this workshop we will explore how to empower and develop individuals so you can unlock their full potential, the art of giving meaningful feedback and how to create collaborative and high performing teams.

Attendees will explore tools, theory models and techniques for the following:

•	How to inspire and enable your people to achieve more
•	Adapting your leadership approach and style to ensure you get the best from yourself and the people around you
•	Key ingredients to create and maintain high performing teams
•	Tools to improve individual and team performance through effective one to one and feedback conversations
