Have you rolled out Diversity Training or an Unconscious Bias module but found that nothing really changed? Are you surprised or maybe even frustrated at the lack of progress in your business? Maybe it's time for a refresh?

This immersive workshop enables participants to have open conversations in a safe space, to explore bias, develop deeper self awareness and learn how to address behaviour change in a fully inclusive way.                                                                                             
 
Attendees will come away with a clear set of actions to: reflect on their own biases, identify where bias(es) may exist within business processes and develop ideas to remove bias, and sensitively raise awareness in others to foster more effective working relationships. 

Delivery is facilitated in an interactive style either in person or online.

Understand how implicit bias manifests in work and life and build your self-awareness 

Understand how to consciously move beyond your implicit biases and choose a different perspective
