Developed and delivered by an Ofsted Good Training Provider and a Centre of Excellence for Procurement and Supply Chain this Apprenticeship is aimed to develop essential skills in procurement, logistics, forecasting, planning, and customer service. While this programme is tailored for the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, such as food and beverage, it is highly applicable to other industries reliant on efficient supply chain management. The apprenticeship is also accessible to individuals with little to no prior experience in the field, making it ideal for those looking to begin or transition their career into the supply chain sector.

Typical job titles include; Junior Demand Planners, Logistics Specialists, Customer Service Operatives, Quality Assurance, Production Operatives, Reverse Logistics Coordinators, Warehouse and Inventory Managers and individuals transitioning from other functions including production, quality, or planning looking to expand their skills into the supply chain field.

Each Apprentice will undertake an End-Point Assessment that includes:
1) Multiple choice question and extended answer questions
2) Workplace Project (3000 Word) and Presentation (project set by employer)
3) Professional Dialogue and Interview

This apprenticeship is available to employers and employees looking to upskill in their organisation. We cannot support applications from unemployed individuals.

Sole traders or self-employed individuals cannot enrol themselves but may enrol a new employee.

For apprentices aged 16-21 the training costs are fully funded by the government. For apprentices aged over 21, there is a 5% co-investment which would be paid by the employer. Alternatively, the training costs can be covered by utilising the Apprenticeship Levy Fund. Submit an enquiry to find out more.
