The Markets & Models course covers three key units:

Plotting a Course for Change - how you can respond to unexpected circumstances and what to do to set your business on the right course. 

Value Proposition - how you can give your business a competitive advantage by communicating to customers the value of your products and services. 

Doing Business Better - how you could improve your business results by considering several factors that create and deliver value to your customers.

You can craft your own route through the course to adopt best practices and management methods in the areas you need it most.

Learning Objectives

Plotting a Course for Change - how you can respond to unexpected circumstances and what to do to set your business on the right course. 
By the end of the unit, you will be able to:
• consider external influences on your business
• consider internal influences in your business 
• consider how to strategise after planned and unplanned changes
• describe more and less favourable circumstances for your business environment

Value Proposition - how you can give your business a competitive advantage by communicating to customers the value of your products and services. 
By the end of the unit, you will be able to:
• define value proposition
• explain the features, attributes and benefits of your products and/ or services
• use the value proposition canvas to review and explore your own value proposition 

Doing Business Better - how you could improve your business results by considering several factors that create and deliver value to your customers. 
By the endof the unit, you will be able to:
• explain Boom & Bitner’s 7Ps model on marketing strategy
• describe and discuss each of the 7Ps in detail 
• identify which of the 7Ps have been improved in case studies
