Learning Objectives

This apprenticeship focuses on developing the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours for a successful career in financial services.  Your employees will gain key skills and experience required to progress their careers, through strong collaboration with employers and the apprenticeship being directly linked to their roles. It offers specific pathways dependent on job role, which ensures your employees build the specific skillsets required in their preferred sector.   The programme explores the skills and responsibilities of money management, and your employees will gain the practical expertise they need to become a specialist in their chosen field. Your employees will be offered a set of specialist options that provide the skillset most relevant to their job role, sector, and organisation type.

Funding Eligibility

For apprentices aged 16-21 the training costs are fully funded by the government. For apprentices aged over 21, there is a 5% co-investment which would be paid by the employer. Alternatively, the training costs can be covered by utilising the Apprenticeship Levy Fund.
