This course is free if you are  over 19 years old. 
For many people art provides an opportunity to relax, which frees their creativity. During this course we look at an eclectic range of art movements and techniques from sketching to painting in acrylics. The class is fun and informative, there are no assessments or exams. Bring yourself along to a fun evening, learn new techniques and create inspirational pieces that you can share with the rest of the group. Join us for a relaxing evening and explore different art techniques using them to produce pieces of art you will be proud of.

This course is specifically developed for adults over 19 years of age who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health conditions such as stress, anxiety, and low mood. The aim of this course is to help improve emotional wellbeing whilst learning something new, meeting people and having fun!  The course provides the opportunity to identify and practice ways to cope and feel better. If you are employed and are earning less than £23,104 then courses are fully funded.
