This one-day course is designed for leadership teams, managers and executives who wish to create a foundation for integrating Generative AI initiatives within their organisation as well as a strategic road map to facilitate this. You’ll gain an understanding of Generative AI’s business applications and how you can create effective strategies for your organisation to fully benefit from them. You’ll be introduced to practical frameworks to support the implementation of AI initiatives within your organisation, including governance frameworks, approaches to stakeholder engagement and project management methodologies. The course will cover a range of topics, including: Proliferation of Gen AI use cases relevant to all business types The unique capabilities that Gen AI brings to the commercial world The global impact of AI on industries, job functions and organisational structures Practical application of strategy tools, such as SWOT analysis and AI governance frameworks Effective stakeholder engagement strategies for successful adoption AI specific project methodologies, including ‘The three AI adoption tiers’, project planning and delivery management. On completion of this course, you will be able to: Establish a solid foundation for integrating and planning Gen AI initiatives Reflect on possible changes within your industry, organisation and teams Develop a strong AI strategy tailored to your organisations needs Evaluate the operational benefits and risks when utilising ‘off the shelf’ software such as Chat tools and Co-pilots.
