This course is for those who work in health and social care settings and care and support individuals with challenging behaviours. From attending this course, participants will be given the training and will develop the skills required to safely manage the behaviour of individuals with the application of de-escalation and distraction techniques and be able to apply breakaway techniques which are safe and non-harmful. Course is for up to 12 employees, at your own setting.
