The aim of this 1 Day Course is to look at key elements of Telesales which, through discussion exercises and scenario work, we will be able to put into practice in order to make you an effective Telesales Executive.

At the end of the course delegates will be able to: • Identify elements essential for effective communication • Identify how important first impressions are • Recognise how our own behaviour affects our customers • Establish customer needs through effective questioning and listening • Recognise different personality styles and how to influence them • Identify product features and benefits key to products • Recognise objections and how to overcome them • Identify different methods that can be used to close a sale • Consolidate the sale The course is designed to benefit those moving into or who have already started work in a telesales position and wish to have formal training in order to apply structure and best practice to their role.
