Insights into Social Value for Employees is the first step on the journey, providing every employee, regardless of department, with a clear understanding of Social Value and its commercial and Social Impact. 

This training is designed for employees outside of dedicated Social Value teams and builds Social Value knowledge across the business as part of their commercial strategy, ensuring they can meet bid and tender requirements whilst also driving long-term impact. 

This type of training can also positively contribute to employee health and well-being by enabling a sense of purpose creating cultural shift and impact for everyone, including community.
