Time Management skills are essential for successful people. Effective time managers complete their work with less wear and tear on their emotions and less strain on their health. This has a positive impact upon delegates behaviour and all those who come into contact with them be they staff/ internal or external customers. The aim of this 1 Day Course is for delegates to recognise how they use their time at the moment and identify opportunities that will allow more effective achievement of goals and objectives both for themselves and the business.

At the end of the course delegates will be able to: • Identify how to carry out a systematic review of their use of time at work • Recognise how to prioritise workload and competing priorities in a way which supports business goals and work-life balance • Recognise the positive impact of effective time management upon communication and behaviour for both the business and the individual • Identify and address their own barriers to Time Management and Delegation Team Leaders, Supervisors and Managers wanting to improve their time management skills will benefit from this 1 Day workshop. A lively well paced course, injected with humour and empathy will ensure that the learning experience is remembered for some time to come.
