The Mental Health First Aid (MHFA England) half-day Refresher course is designed for certified Mental Health First Aiders who want to renew their skills, update their knowledge, and maintain their confidence in supporting others. 
It is recommended that MHFAiders update their knowledge every 3 years to refresh learning and be provided with updates to practice to keep working safely.

This four-hour course revisits key elements of the original MHFA training, provides the latest insights into mental health, and offers participants the opportunity to practice their first aid skills in a supportive environment. By completing this refresher, participants will extend their certification for another three years, ensuring they remain effective in their role as a Mental Health First Aider.

- Extend MHFA Certification: Successfully renew MHFA certification for another three years, ensuring ongoing qualification as a Mental Health First Aider.
