This interactive workshop helps teams understand hidden disabilities and the everyday workplace barriers that can quietly affect performance, wellbeing and inclusion.

Participants explore why many people do not disclose hidden disabilities at work and how small, practical changes in behaviour, communication and ways of working can make a significant difference.

The session focuses on building awareness, empathy and shared responsibility for inclusion, helping teams work more effectively together and create psychologically safe environments where everyone can contribute fully.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

• Understand what hidden disabilities are and how common they are in the workplace
• Recognise everyday barriers that can impact colleagues’ confidence, energy and performance
• Develop inclusive behaviours that support trust and psychological safety
