Whether you’re stepping into leadership for the first time or want to refresh your approach, this practical and engaging programme will help you lead with more confidence, clarity, and intention.

You’ll explore key leadership capabilities, including trust-building, delegation, resilience, goal setting, feedback, emotional intelligence, and how to lead with purpose. You’ll leave with greater confidence, a stronger leadership identity, and tools you can apply immediately.

 Programme Details

Duration: 5 weeks (Cohort 2 – Tuesdays, 24 February – 24 March 2026; Cohort 3 – Wednesdays, 22 April – 20 May; Cohort 4 –  Thursdays 24 September – 22 October)
Time: 9:30am start each week
Format: 2 in-person sessions, 3 online sessions
