The Level 3 AI Content Creator Apprenticeship is designed to help individuals develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed for a successful career in content creation. This role involves creating engaging content across various media platforms, including text, image, audio, and video, to meet the objectives of brands and businesses. The programme focuses on developing practical skills in content creation, understanding AI-driven tools and techniques, and applying ethical considerations in digital media. Apprentices will also enhance their communication, research, and strategic planning abilities, while gaining hands-on experience in the media, marketing, and advertising industries. As part of this apprenticeship, the Growth Company will fund the BCS Essentials Certificate in Artificial intelligence to further support learners in mastering AI technologies alongside their content creation development. If apprentices complete the apprenticeship standard with a pass or a distinction, they will have a comprehensive understanding of AI-powered and traditional content creation techniques, preparing them for roles such as Content Assistant or progression to higher-level apprenticeships, like the Level 4 Marketing Executive programme. Qualification: On successful completion, apprentices will achieve a Level 3 AI Content Creator Apprenticeship Standard and a BCS Essentials Certificate in Artificial intelligence. Apprenticeship details: This programme equips apprentices with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to excel in the dynamic field of content creation, integrating cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance creativity and efficiency. What It Covers: • Knowledge: Fundamentals of AI in content creation, including generative models for text, images, audio, and video, branding and storytelling strategies using AI. • Skills: Researching and interpreting creative briefs to align with brand guidelines and client objectives. eveloping mood boards, storyboards, and scripts to visualise content ideas. • Behaviours: Demonstrating creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, building effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers, maintaining professionalism and ethical standards in all aspects of content creation. Delivery: Apprentices will benefit from fortnightly support, with dedicated skills development sessions and tailored workshops designed to meet the specific needs and expectations of both learners and employers through a fully remote approach.

This apprenticeship is available to employers and employees looking to upskill in their organisation. We cannot support applications from unemployed individuals. Sole traders or self-employed individuals cannot enrol themselves but may enrol a new employee. For apprentices aged 16-21 the training costs are fully funded by the government. For apprentices aged over 21, there is a 5% co-investment which would be paid by the employer. Alternatively, the training costs can be covered by utilising the Apprenticeship Levy Fund. Applicants must have minimum GCSE grades A*-C/4-9 in English and maths and be employed in a creative job role. Functional Skills is no longer a mandated requirement for apprentices aged 19 or above. However, some programmes may have minimum entry level requirements for English and maths due to the nature of the programme.
