Throughout the course you will be develop a wide range of cooking and baking skills alongside health and safety, organisation and communication skills, developing modern skills and using state of the art new equipment in our amazing new facilities at Tameside One, Wellington Rd, Ashton-under-Lyne OL6 6BL.

Learning Objectives

The course includes a variety of practical and theory-based classes, including presentations, group activities, role plays as well as a portfolio of evidence. An Individual Learning Plan (ILP), to meet your needs and set targets which will be regularly reviewed to enable your progress and achievement.
