This is a part-funded GC Business Growth Hub Inclusive Leadership programme course.  
Activity description: Our 1/2  Day Coaching Workshop consists of an interactive day of planning for you to plan for and experience your best-ever year. The workshop will focus primarily on creating a well-thought-through plan where you can map and track your progress every month. Successful entrepreneurs have a clear picture of where they want to be in 12 months; what are their values; guiding principles and what they believe about their capability. They also consider what are the most important breakthrough goals in both the business and their personal lives. Balance is key. This one-to-one interactive workshop with a professional coach helps you to gain clarity and have an edge when it comes to achieving your hopes, dreams and aspirations over the coming year.

Learning Objectives

The client will gain a powerful one page plan setting out a clear vision for their business future as well as tools, resources and learning to deliver it.  The workshop will support the client and serve to guide them in the delivery of their plan. Along with associated learning modules, the client will also have a robust framework to keep them on track, using The Curve.
