The role of the non-executive director course is aimed at experienced executive directors who are seeking a first post of a non-executive or someone who already holds such a post, who wants to build further on that experience to improve performance.  The course will also assist directors or shareholders who are looking to strengthen their board with a non-executive support in allowing then to better understand what skills and qualities are needed for people in that role.
