This 12-week online Customer Service course will provide you with the underpinning knowledge required by employers to work in a range of different environments in a customer service role. On this course you will develop the essential knowledge of how to carry out customer service related tasks, such as how to manage information and support events. Once you have completed the qualification, you will be able to apply your knowledge in a variety of industries and job roles. There are no formal entry requirements for this course. However, you will be required to complete an initial diagnostic assessment in Math's and English as part of the enrolment process. As this course is delivered online, you will need access to a device with a camera and be able to access word documents.
