Learning outcomes You will: - gain an understanding of what outstanding care looks like - learn how to strengthen each Key Question and Quality Statement - know what you will need to evidence to exceed CQC expectations. All participants will receive exclusive resources including: - Delivering outstanding care toolkit, covering key learning and practical activities. - Handouts and slide notes, supporting your learning and engagement during the seminar. - Certificate of attendance, providing confirmation of your commitment to excellence.

This seminar is primarily aimed at adult social care services currently rated Good but who want to progress to Outstanding, as well as newer services hoping to achieve this accolade in their first assessment. The content has been tailored to registered managers, quality leads, compliance leads, nominated individuals, owners and team leaders. The seminar looks in more depth at issues introduced in our Delivering Outstanding Care eLearning module. Completion of the eLearning module is not required to join the seminar.
