Skill Overview

This two day Train the Trainer course is designed to provide learners with the necessary skills, knowledge, and practical experience to deliver effective training sessions to a diverse range of audiences. The course is highly interactive and hands-on, allowing individuals to gain practical experience in planning, executing, and evaluating training programmes.

Upon completion of the course, learners will be able to design, develop, and deliver effective training programmes that meet the needs of diverse audiences. They will possess the skills and knowledge required to facilitate group learning, engage learners, and evaluate training effectiveness.

Price is for a 2 day course for a minimum of 6 maximum of 8 learners.

Learning Objectives

Adult learning principles: How adults learn and how to apply this knowledge to create effective training programs.

Learning objectives: Write effective learning objectives that align with the goals of the training program.

Training design: Design training materials that are engaging and effective, including developing exercises, activities, and assessments.

Delivery techniques: Techniques for delivering training content in a way that engages learners, promotes active participation, and encourages learning retention.

Communication skills: Developing effective communication skills to communicate training content, clarify questions, and handle difficult situations.

Evaluation: How to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and assess learner performance.
Technology: Using technology to enhance training delivery and learning outcomes.

Coaching: Coaching learners to ensure they are able to apply what they've learned and achieve the desired outcomes.
