The AgilePM® Practitioner is designed for project professionals who are looking to elevate their skillset. In order to study the AgilePM® Practitioner, you must have already completed the Foundation level. The Practitioner qualification will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of how to successfully deliver flexible and agile projects by applying the AgilePM® principles. Upon completion of the Practitioner level, you will have achieved a highly sought-after qualification and you will be well-placed to manage any Agile projects.

The AgilePM® Practitioner will cover a range of topics including: How to apply Agile practices to a project How to test, estimate and evaluate profit delivery in an Agile project How to facilitate and support mechanisms within an Agile project How to manage and prioritise requirements in an Agile project The AgilePM® Practitioner is assessed by a 2.5 hour written exam in which you must answer 4 questions. The exam is open book and is sat online. The pass mark is 50%.
