Welcome to the Halo Staffing eLearning course on RIDDOR. In this course we will explain to you the purpose of RIDDOR and how to comply with this regulation. First, we will explain what RIDDOR is and who is classed as a responsible person according to this regulation. We will then describe the main difference between an accident and a dangerous occurrence. After that we will describe what must be reported, and by when it should be done. We will also explain why and who should do the reporting. Finally, we will conclude with an explanation of the importance of storing records and your responsibilities in this whole process.
