This qualification is designed for care managers or advanced practitioners working within adult social care and/or children and young people’s sectors. It is the combined knowledge and competency element of the SASE Higher Apprenticeship in Care Leadership and Management – Level 5 (England) for adult social care. Learners develop leadership, management, and research skills to improve service quality and ensure best practice across a range of settings including domiciliary, supported accommodation, day care, and residential care.
