This CPD-certified 3-week course is designed to provide recent graduates and aspiring marketers with a practical, mentor-led pathway into the world of marketing. Whether you’ve studied marketing or are simply curious about the industry, this accessible programme bridges the gap between academic theory and real-world application, helping you secure and succeed in your first marketing role. The course begins with a comprehensive introduction to how marketing teams operate in different business environments, exploring both strategic functions and day-to-day activities. You’ll learn how to distinguish between “busy” and impactful marketing, understand common team structures, and explore the fundamentals of content, social, email, paid media, branding, and analytics. Throughout the three weeks, you’ll be guided through walkthroughs and demonstrations of industry-standard tools, including Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn, providing you with the practical understanding necessary to build your confidence and skill set. The final week is dedicated to employability, with direct support from Frances & Kevin to help you create a standout portfolio, CV, and LinkedIn profile that attracts hiring managers. By the end of this course, you’ll walk away with the practical tools, industry insight, and job-ready assets to kickstart your career in marketing.
