Gathering vital information from employees on how they feel about the Company and how they are treated – They tell me a lot more than their line manager - has proven to be useful in nipping small problems in the bud before they become costly bigger problems. A simple but effective appraisal form gets them discussing topics such as: Their Job Teamwork Personal Profile the Company. They feel included and part of the organisation and find it easier to talk openly with an outsider. The interview last for around an hour and a full written report on each member of staff is included in the daily rate of £1500 for up to a maximum of 8 people per day.

Staff appreciate being asked their opinion and being allowed to express concerns and wishes so it builds morale and highlights areas for their managers to concentrate on. It is not allowed to turn into a moaning session as the questions lean towards how they can be more positive and constructive and contribute more to the Company. Line managers find the results an eye opener and give them so much more to discuss in their one to ones and can stop valuable staff from moving on as they feel included and part of the overall team contributing in a positive way. This can also highlight where an individual is in the wrong role, very unhappy and very disruptive and unproductive and so gives you the opportunity to up their skills or move them to a more suitable role. It has proved useful in highlighting some mental health issues which allows you to help the individuals and foster a stronger relationship with all your staff. Great assist to busy HR departments, People & Culture managers and Employee Owned companies.
