This Health & Social Care training course is designed to cover all training elements of The Care Certificate. All topics are covered in a 2 day training programme and are aligned to all the 15 standards within the Care Certificate. Additionally, it can also be made into a 1 day mandatory training course if only a few training needs are identified. This social care training can be made bespoke and rearranged to cover your bespoke current organisational training needs. It provides the knowledge care workers need to help them towards achieving The Care Certificate and to provide the best dignified care to the individuals they are supporting. This course is a perfect induction programme for staff new to care. This course can also be attended by existing care staff requiring refresher training.
