Welcome to the Halo Staffing eLearning course on Standard 15 – Infection Prevention and Control of the Care Certificate. In this course, we will be covering everything you’ll need to know in order to be able to effectively help control and prevent the spread of infection. This course will cover identifying the cycle infections follow, the best ways to wash your hands, the risks of infection, what PPE is and how to use it, and how to safely handle soiled or infected goods.
