You owe it to yourself to make your sales calls as interesting for you as they are for your clients so we need to have different methods and approaches. This course revitalises and stimulates your abilities and skills and pushes you to think more about your desired outcome and how to handle any curve balls or bumps in the road. It teaches you to probe further than before and develop your relationships further with your clients so you become, in their eyes, part of their team and the trust is enhanced between you which gives you a more in depth knowledge of your client's wishes and wants, which in turn gives you more business. This day also helps you look in the mirror and question the methods you are using every day and realising which to keep and which to remove and replace with better ways of connecting with your clients and answers the question - are you assertive enough? Change is here to stay so we need to embrace new ideas and selling styles to suit the changes and the exercises within the course make you do that and give you other ways to improve your skills and your turnover as well as keeping your gross profit awareness at highest level. It includes improved skills in communications whether face to face or via e-mail. A good prospecting e-mail can be worth its weight in gold but a bad one can ruin relationships that have taken a long time to form.
