Skill Overview

This course delivers 2 units of the Level 5 Operational and Developmental Manager, leading to a Certificate in Leadership and Manager. The awarding body is the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and all learners will have access to their Management Direct suite of resources for 12 months. The course will provide them with in depth knowledge on different organisations, governance and how to be both an inspiring leader and an effective manager. It will provide knowledge on how to create a high performing team, using coaching and mentoring and the importance of having emotional intelligence and resilience. They will also learn about study skills to help them complete assignments.
