Welcome to the Halo Staffing Care Workforce Pathway eLearning course on Understanding your role and personal development.

We will begin this course by establishing the basics, the first section will inform you about your role.

The next section will add more to your knowledge by describing how to work in ways that have been agreed with your employer.

We will then explain the concept of working relationships in adult social care.

This will be followed by a section on working in partnership with others.

The next two sections will inform you about the importance of a personal development plan and how to agree on your own plan.

Finally, we conclude the course with a clear guidance on how to develop your own knowledge, skills and understanding.
