Skill Overview

This interactive, two hour workshop provides HR, Internal Recruitment, Hiring Managers and Line Managers entry-level understanding of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the workplace. Focusing on both the key legal areas, the main issues under-represented groups face and practical steps on how and when to provide reasonable adjustments or undertake systemic, process or environmental change.

This workshop is funded by the Growth Company and can be delivered either in-person, online or blended with a minimum cohort of 5 and a maximum of 50 people (If your requirements fall outside of these parameters please contact us for bespoke support).
