Skill Overview
*
*
This course introduces new entrepreneurs to the core skills behind The Impact Hour—a simple yet powerful framework for building internal accountability and making meaningful progress every day. Designed for those navigating the early stages of business, it helps you develop the habit of slowing down to think clearly, reflect intentionally, and focus on what truly matters. Through structured tools and guided reflection, you'll learn how to cut through distraction, take ownership of your time, and make decisions that align with your goals and values. By strengthening self-awareness, focus, and follow-through, The Impact Hour empowers you to lead yourself with clarity, build momentum, and stay accountable to the business you’re here to create.
Learning Objectives
*
*
The Impact Hour course is designed to help participants develop the skills to think strategically, act intentionally, and lead with clarity. By the end of the course, learners will be able to apply the Impact Hour framework to prioritise high-leverage actions, distinguish between busywork and meaningful progress, and make decisions that align with their long-term goals and values. They will build greater self-awareness, enhance critical thinking, and develop a consistent habit of structured reflection—enabling them to lead themselves and others more effectively in the midst of complexity and competing demands. The learning objectives of The Impact Hour course are to equip participants with the ability to apply structured reflection for clearer decision-making, prioritise high-impact actions over reactive tasks, and align daily efforts with long-term goals. By developing greater self-awareness, critical thinking, and strategic focus, participants will learn to lead themselves more effectively, reduce overwhelm, and build a rhythm of intentional action that drives meaningful, sustainable progress in both business and life.
