These focussed individual sessions will support you to identify your current and previous skills to help you find the right job or career area. Writing down and evaluating these with a strategic and detailed approach will help you to spot areas for improvement and relevant abilities that you may feel are irrelevant. Within the sessions you will undergo a personal , professional, creative and technical skills audit to elicit vital information to draw up a personal development plan. The career development training will help you to take control of your current or future employment and help you to build a strategy to find the job you want in your chosen industry. Competition for jobs in many industries is fierce, especially applying for a specific job through an application process. The skills audit and development plan will help you to spot career opportunities which match your skillset and help build your confidence to apply to employers through specific job applications or speculatively with a polished portfolio. THREE levels of support: Level 1 - review your career in a 1-hour one-to-one online session to elicit information on career interests and current skills with feedback and notes - 120 minutes - £95.00 Level 2 - as above - with additional 1-hour online session to draw up a detailed skills audit with feedback and notes - 180 minutes - £190.00 Level 3 - as above - with a third one-hour online session to review the skills audit and build it into a workable strategic plan of action - 240 minutes - £280

The aim of the training is to support attendees to be able to undertake a detailed skills audit to draw up a strategic career plan to enhance employment prospects in the chosen job area. Training includes: - detailed understanding of a skills audit and its purpose - examples of good practice - the importance of transferable skills - building a 3-month/6-month career plan around a portfolio - looking through personal, professional, technical, creative and digital skills - spotting skills gaps for improvement (further training) - confidence building to spot opportunities in other fields - a pack of helpful information to take away Level 1 training offers session attendees the opportunity to meet online in a one-hour session to discuss skills and opportunities related to career interests and receive feedback and notes to support drawing up a detailed skills audit and development plan moving forward. Level 2 training allows further time, in 2 x 1-hour online sessions to discuss current and previous transferable skills & abilities to match these to the chosen job area. The training will involve working through a skills audit to ascertain the skills levels to support a long-term career development plan and strategy. Level 3 training offer a third 1 x 1-hour online session to practically draw up the skills audit and long-term development plan to work with moving forward with suggestions on possible further training to upskill and match job areas. Key takeaways for all session attendees will be reviewing current and previous skills to draw up a detailed personal skills audit to support analysis of relevant transferable skills and interests. Understanding the need or ongoing auditing of skills to support drawing up short, medium and long-term personal and professional career development plans to enhance career opportunities.
