Our NEW U Challenge is an 8-week online program helping your employees nail the basics of health and fitness alongside everyday life and commitments.

This isn’t a transformation where we want to lose the most weight or produce the most impressive before and after photos.

Instead, we help create and build habits that help your staff lead healthier lifestyles for a long time AFTER the 8 weeks is over.
