This 1-day (7 hours) interactive workshop incorporates performance coaching, NLP, and sales techniques, to introduce you to new ideas & a more productive perspective to achieve growth. It is the first in a series of 3 workshops for the Practical Performance Sales Academy, helping you know your customers better, approach them with the most effective goal-driven mindset, and learn new ways to impart value before evaluating a client or closing a sale, over 3 intensive workshops over 3 consecutive weeks (Tuesday, Thursday or Friday, depending on capacity). Practical Performance Coaching is your skills & coaching provider, collaborating with business like yours and supporting individual learner with inclusive pricing and sales training services. This is a workshop aimed at small businesses seeking growing, account managers, and new business sales professionals. You will get the opportunity to contribute, learn, share your views, and be challenged, because all feedback is positive and helps improve performance. Whether you are just looking to reduce client attrition, cross-sell, or secure new clients, a more resilient mindset and considered approach to sales will grow your communication skills to demonstrate value to key partners, stakeholders, and clients. With the right resources, goals, and approach, you can reduce the stress/anxiety that can come with sales & negotiation whilst also communicating in a more considered and authentic way. Online workshops are limited to no more than 10 learners in order for everyone to develop and hone a more effective mindset and approach to generating revenue through direct sales and client engagement.
