This 1 Day Course will give delegates the skills to recognise understand and act upon key principles of effective written communication helping to improve communication via e-mail, report writing, appraisals, minutes and note-taking and the writing of CV’s.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this course delegates will be able to:

•	Identify how to create written communication that is clear and concise with less chance of misunderstanding and confusion
