How Ginger Nut Deliver Our training delivery is based on a remote, blended model of one-to-one sessions every 4 weeks, group sessions, webinars, online courses, video, and additional support as required. This means that our learners have the guidance they need as well as the flexibility to learn around the requirements of their jobs. We find that this approach reduces disruption for the learners and their line managers giving everyone the best chance of benefitting from the training and completing the course. To support learning, all learners are also given access to LinkedIn Learning, with bespoke channels designed to support their apprenticeship. Learners also use SEMRush, Adobe Spark and Hubspot to support their learning and complete assignments. The Content Creator standard is split into 10 duties with specific knowledge, skills and behaviours attached to each. Therefore as part of their apprenticeship the learners will need to: Plan and develop creative content in line with the brief and budget/costs. Interpret the strategy and objectives of the brand and align these to the content. Research, prepare and develop the media messaging to maximise audience engagement. Develop and create written content that can be used across a variety of media. Create visual and audio content that can be used across a variety of media. Store content securely and methodically to enable efficient access and retrieval. Collaborate with colleagues and clients to plan and align content delivery with business objectives. Evaluate the effectiveness of the content produced against the original plan and recommend improvements. Undertake continuous professional development to keep up-to-date with trends and technology. Learners are also invited to regular, supporting webinars that explore topics around marketing, content and the wider digital ecosystem to enhance their knowledge and understanding of the evolving marketplace. Project Activity and Portfolio Building During the duration of the course learners also complete a portfolio that shows all knowledge, skills and behaviours being put into action and this is reviewed at gateway. This will include work completed, a reflective blog and copies of all appraisals and reviews and will be used to show that the learner is ready for End Point Assessment. The apprentice will also be required to prepare a project evaluation report, based on a project or campaign they have contributed to, and developed content for, in the last 6 months leading to gateway. Gateway and End Point Assessment End Point Assessment will be in 3 stages: Project, Evaluative Report – a 1,500 word report (not counting appendices, references and diagrams), mapped to KSBs must be submitted for review within 4 weeks of the start of EPA. Project, Presentation with new content – the apprentice must prepare, and deliver, a presentation with recommendations of new content for the project alongside evidence of decision making and justification. Professional Discussion – will be a structured review testing their knowledge and understanding of content production. This will also refer to the portfolio that was put together.
