Do you have management responsibilities but would like to develop your skills?  Aimed at middle managers, this Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 5 qualification will allow you to focus on your interpersonal and communication skills to enhance your own, your employees and your business's performances.  It provides clarity on your key roles and responsibilities and the best opportunities and strategies to adopt in order to meet your corporate goals.  You will be able to confidently lead and motivate people to achieve better results, critically self-assess your performance as a manager, and implement strategies for the best results.  How will I be assessed During this Level 5 Certificated in Leadership and Management, assessments will take the form of written assignments. Assessments have different credit values and the course can be tailored to corporate needs, if groups are enrolling on the programme. Unfortunately, we cannot tailor for individual needs so more generic modules are chosen to cater for most. To achieve the Certificate you will need to pass between two and four assignments.
