The training explores how to identify risks to the individual, brand (organisation), and the wider community. Enhance your ability to work effectively with priority groups in your community. Develop a comprehensive understanding of risk, including how to identify and manage risks affecting the community, employees, and your organisation's brand. Strengthen your interpersonal skills to interact inclusively with diverse individuals using a person-centred approach. Learn how to establish and implement a RAG (Red, Amber, Green) system for managing social value delivery. Ensure inclusivity by fostering an environment where everyone has a voice at the table.
