Delivered by an Ofsted Good Training Provider this Apprenticeship is for Individuals working as Departmental Managers, Operations Managers, Specialist or Regional Managers - Responsible for leading and managing the operational functions of their teams. Planning and managing projects, workloads and resources.

All Apprentices will undertake an End-Point Assessment that includes:
1) Written project report and presentation and questions
2) Professional Discussion underpinned by a portfolio of evidence

Apprenticeships are for everyone provided they are residing in England, 16 years of age or older, not undertaking another government funded training programme at start of programme, spend at least 50% of working hours in England over the duration of the apprenticeship.
